Personalization
The newsletter software can be
used to send out personalized group emails and supports up
to 15
custom database-fields for
personalization. Personalization makes a newsletter or
group message more personal. e.g. "Hello Thomas"
is much better than "Hello Customer". The program
can include personal data for each
list member from the database. Not only the message body
could be used, its also possible to add member specific data
in the subject line and recipient (to) line.

Internal WYSIWYG rich-text (HTML) Editor
MailList Controller has a
built-in rich-text HTML editor for creating beautiful HTML
and Text newsletter messages. The internal editor contains
different sections for HTML, Text and HTML sourcecode. Its
also possible to import HTML files from an external HTML
editor and add multiple file attachments. Images will
be imported automatically and attached as inline-attachments
(embedded images inside the message). Message can be saved
as drafts for future use.

External Mail Client
MailList Controller allows you
to use your default mail client (e.g. MS Outlook) to create
personalized messages. This makes sending
list messages as easy as sending a normal message. This
feature enables authorized users to send mailings from any
computer in the world. It also allows you to install the
program on a central-point e.g. your server and send
messages from multiple remote-location.

External Html Editor
The internal editor contains all functions and features
to create HTML messages, but you can also use an external
HTML editor, e.g. MS Frontpage to create or edit the
message. Images will be imported automatically and attached
as inline-attachments. A click on a button opens the current
email message in an external HTML editor, which could be
used if more sophisticated HTML is required.
