MailList
Controller
Bulk Email Marketing Software and targeted Mailing List Software |

Bulk Mailer
A bulk mailing software is a software
designed to send out a high volume of messages, e.g. newsletters,
campaigns, e-zines, announcements, support and group mails.
MailList Controller is a desktop and server software running on
your computer and NOT an interface for a subscription based online
service. There is NO subscription required and NO recurring fees,
so that you don't have to pay for every message sent out.
MailList Controller requires an email
account, which supports SMTP and POP3. It also works with your
existing MS Exchange server, you just need to make sure, that SMTP
and POP3 protocols are enabled on your mail server. It acts like a
regular mailclient and does not listen on any ports for incoming
connections and does not require any special firewall settings. If
you can send out an email from your computer, then you can also
send out a newsletter using MailList Controller.

Message Delivery
Our email marketing and newsletter
solution is an easy way to communicate with your customers and
friends. Email marketing is very cost effective - it allows you to
reach thousands of potentional or returning customers for
virtually free. MailList Controller sends your messages in exactly
the same way as a regular mailclient. It sends one message to
each recipient - in regular To: mode, it does not use bulk carbon
copies. This ensures, that the privacy of your recipients is not
at risk and allows to send personalized
email newsletters.

Outgoing Messages (SMTP)
MailList Controller is a fast bulk and
mass mailer, but will not overload your mailserver. It
includes different options, which can be used to throttle down and
slow down the mailing. This options are also very useful if your
mailaccount has restrictions. Some mail accounts are limited in
the number of messages sent out per hour, others require a pause
between the messages. MailList Controller can be setup to work
with any of this restrictions.
Incoming Messages (POP3)
POP3 is required only, if you want to receive incoming messages
for the list. An incoming message could be a reply to your
newsletter or a subscribe/remove
request from a member. The program also detects returned
messages (bounces), which helps to keep your subscriber list clean
and up-to-date. Bounces are e-mails, which are returned to the
mail server as undeliverable. In most cases either the email
address does not longer exist, contains syntax errors or the email
account was abandoned.
Managing
the mailing list is very easy when using MailList Controller,
because the program can do most tasks without user intervention,
so you can focus on your business and don't need to care much
about your mailing lists. Another unique feature of the program
is, that it analyzes each incoming message and if the incoming
message is e.g. a reply to your newsletter message, then it can
forward the message to a different email address, which could be
specified for each list.
